Overlook Manor is a neighborhood consisting of 29 homes built largely in the 1960s. As with many Sandy Springs neighborhoods, we do occassionally see new homes being built in the older, more established neighborhoods due to the convenience that Sandy Springs has to offer.

Overlook Manor is located on Vernon Springs Trail which is one block east of Northside Drive off of Mount Vernon Highway.
